We Made Butter From Scratch

We have so much happening in Te Wai Puna that these photos are a little late. The children got to experiment by shaking cream in a jar to see what they could make. Everyone had a turn at shaking so it was definitely an iNclusive team effort. They were excited when they started to notice the cream change. The children were Determined like Dan to keep shaking till it looked the way they know butter to look... then they got to enjoy it on a cracker. It's tricky to get photos of everyone with these hands on activities but across these next few posts we should see all of our LEGENDs.
